The comments above reveal how loved Jennifer is. She and Grace Healthcare believe in their team, offering continuing education and promoting from within. In the last few years, Jennifer was not only the administrator for Grace but also the regional director over the company’s Florida health care facilities. Now let’s welcome Randall Rees as the new administrator of Grace Rehabilitation Center of Vero Beach. Randall has been with the company for 7 years and spent time at all three of their facilities in Florida, including assistant administrator in Vero Beach in 2013. Randall always had a special place in his heart for Grace. He was thrilled when they offered him the administrator position. Randall grew up in a health care family, (his father a hospital administrator) so it comes naturally for him to enjoy being involved with patients, their families, and community. His passion for the industry came from the time he spent in nursing care facilities and home health agencies during a master’s program internship with Orlando Health. When the team at Grace heard that Randall was coming back they were happy, missing Jennifer, yet confident that he was the perfect person to pick up where she left off.
